Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR cum Admin professional who can independently handle recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and overall HR operations for a manufacturing/engineering company.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Employee Management
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules, etc.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Handle salary calculations, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Prepare salary sheets and payroll reports.
- Coordinate payroll-related employee queries.
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain statutory registers and records.
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities as required.
- Implement company HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee performance records and appraisals.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Support management in employee engagement activities and maintain the same.
- Prepare monthly HR MIS reports.
Required Skills·
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing.
- Experience in PF, ESIC, PT, and Labour Law Compliance.
- Recruitment and manpower planning and handling experience.
- Attendance and leave management.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite and HRMS Software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
