Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR cum Admin professional who can independently handle recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and overall HR operations for a manufacturing/engineering company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Employee Management
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules, etc.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Handle salary calculations, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
  • Prepare salary sheets and payroll reports.
  • Coordinate payroll-related employee queries.
  • Handle PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory compliances.
  • Maintain statutory registers and records.
  • Coordinate with consultants and government authorities as required.
  • Implement company HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee performance records and appraisals.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Support management in employee engagement activities and maintain the same.
  • Prepare monthly HR MIS reports.


Required Skills·        

  • Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing.
  • Experience in PF, ESIC, PT, and Labour Law Compliance.
  • Recruitment and manpower planning and handling experience.
  • Attendance and leave management.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite and HRMS Software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
