About the Opening:

NetraLink HR Consultancy is hiring an HR Manager for one of our reputed clients based in Ahmedabad. We are looking for a responsible and experienced HR professional who can manage recruitment, compliance, payroll coordination, employee records, and overall HR operations.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an HR Manager who can handle and manage the complete HR function, support manpower planning, maintain employee documentation, and ensure smooth HR operations for the organization.

Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding

Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

Handle HR compliance including PF, ESIC, and basic labor law requirements

Build and implement HR policies, appraisal systems, and employee engagement practices

Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements

Manage payroll coordination and attendance management

Handle employee grievances, retention strategies, and workplace culture

Requirements:

1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or growing company environment

Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance

Strong communication and organizational skills

MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Male candidate required

Candidate should be responsible, professional, and able to manage HR operations independently
