- Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR LeadershipDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with leadership teams on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Drive HR initiatives that support company growth and culture.
- Talent Acquisition & ManagementOversee end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Build talent pipelines for key positions.
- Develop succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Employee Relations & EngagementFoster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Design and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Performance ManagementLead performance review and goal-setting processes.
- Support managers in employee development and performance improvement plans.
- Track and analyze workforce performance metrics.
- HR Operations & ComplianceEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
- Manage HR systems, policies, and process improvements.
- Learning & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and create development programs.
- Promote continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 8–12+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in technology, IT, SaaS, or startup environments preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
