• Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR LeadershipDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with leadership teams on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Drive HR initiatives that support company growth and culture.
• Talent Acquisition & ManagementOversee end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
• Build talent pipelines for key positions.
• Develop succession planning and leadership development programs.
• Employee Relations & EngagementFoster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
• Design and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Performance ManagementLead performance review and goal-setting processes.
• Support managers in employee development and performance improvement plans.
• Track and analyze workforce performance metrics.
• HR Operations & ComplianceEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
• Manage HR systems, policies, and process improvements.
• Learning & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and create development programs.
• Promote continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 8–12+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in technology, IT, SaaS, or startup environments preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
