Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
Shifts: Rotational Shifts 🔄 (Night Allowance will be provided for Night Shifts)

Location: Kolkata, Sector V
💰 Salary Structure (CTC & In-Hand):
Freshers:
₹18K CTC
₹14.5K In-Hand
Experienced (6+ Months):
₹20K CTC
₹16K In-Hand
🎯 Candidate Criteria:
Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced (Minimum 6 months of experience) candidates are welcome.
Communication: Excellent & Fluent English Communication Needed (Mandatory).
Mindset: Patient, customer-centric, and ready to handle active customer interactions over voice support.
