SORAA is building a modern food & lifestyle brand focused on premium products, aesthetics, and fast execution.
We’re looking for a smart, highly organised Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder across operations, sourcing, launches, content coordination, and daily execution.
This is not a conventional assistant role — we want someone proactive, detail-oriented, internet-smart, and extremely strong in communication.
Role Responsibilities
• Managing founder calendar, meetings & follow-ups
• Vendor, factory & sourcing coordination
• Packaging, sampling & launch tracking
• Coordinating shoots, content & social media execution
• Travel planning & scheduling
• Drafting emails, presentations & reports
• Managing trackers, documents & operational tasks
• Researching trends, brands & opportunities
• Coordinating with agencies, marketplaces & partners
Requirements
• Age: Below 30 years
• Fluent spoken & written English is mandatory
• Strong communication & organisational skills
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, Canva, ChatGPT & Notion
• Strong aesthetic sense & understanding of modern brands
• Fast learner with execution-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bonus If You:
• Understand D2C / FMCG / startup culture
• Follow branding, packaging & social media trends
• Have strong coordination & problem-solving skills
• Can independently get things done
