Job Description

Dispatch & Label Printing Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Dispatch & Label Printing Executive to manage the printing of product stickers, labels, barcodes, and dispatch documents through our ERP/software system. The candidate will be responsible for accurately generating and printing stickers for garments, verifying style numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities, and ensuring that all labels are correctly attached before dispatch. The role also involves coordinating with the warehouse and dispatch team, maintaining records of printed labels and shipments, updating dispatch information in the system, and ensuring error-free execution of all dispatch-related activities. The ideal candidate should have basic computer skills, be comfortable operating printers and ERP software, possess strong attention to detail, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced garment manufacturing environment.
