The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and scaling the company’s online sales across multiple marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other digital platforms. The role includes product listings, performance marketing, platform optimization, customer experience, and overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations of online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms
• Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, keywords, SEO)
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns (ads, promotions, discounts, festive campaigns)
• Monitor and improve product visibility, rankings, and conversion rates across platforms
• Handle platform ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) to drive traffic and sales
• Manage product cataloge, inventory coordination, and stock availability
• Track daily sales performance, revenue, and platform-wise growth
• Ensure high product ratings and reviews by managing customer feedback and service quality
• Handle customer queries, returns, and escalations in coordination with support team
• Analyse competitor performance, pricing, and market trends
• Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and marketing teams for smooth operations
• Ensure marketplace compliance, policies, and account health

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in managing Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces
• Strong knowledge of product listing, SEO, and marketplace algorithms
• Experience in performance marketing (PPC ads, campaigns)
• Analytical mindset with ability to track and improve KPIs
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in gifting / FMCG/ retail industry preferred
