Job Description
Job Summary :-
TrustKnit Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Flat Knitting Machine Operators for the production of knitted shoe uppers on computerized flat knitting machines. The candidate should have hands-on experience operating Beworth Flat Knitting Machines and working with Raynen programming/software systems for footwear upper manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor computerized flat knitting machines for shoe upper production.
- Set up machines according to production specifications and knit programs.
- Run and troubleshoot Beworth flat knitting machines.
- Work with Raynen software and knitting programs.
- Ensure production quality and minimize machine downtime.
- Monitor yarn feeding, tension settings, and machine performance.
- Conduct routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and quality teams.
- Maintain daily production records and machine logs.
Requirements
- 2–8 years of experience in Flat Knitting Machine Operations.
- Experience in knitted shoe upper manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of Beworth Flat Knitting Machines.
- Familiarity with Raynen software/programming is highly preferred.
- Understanding of yarns, knitting structures, and machine settings.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine issues independently.
- Willingness to work in shifts when required.
