Job Description

Job Title: Client Operations Executive

About Easy Hai Easy Hai is a fast-growing company that delivers AI training workshops for businesses across India. We're a small, high-energy team, and we're looking for someone sharp and reliable to own the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps our client engagements running smoothly.

Role Overview You'll be the single point of contact who manages every client engagement from start to finish — paperwork, communication, travel logistics, and payments. If you're an excellent communicator who's organized, proactive, and likes things buttoned up, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities ● Be the face of Easy Hai on the company phone - handling client calls and WhatsApp messages promptly and warmly ● Set up and manage client WhatsApp groups for each engagement and keep everyone aligned ● Send the Terms of Engagement and follow up (politely and persistently) until signed ● Manage client-related scheduling - workshop dates, client calls, and travel days on the calendar ● Book the founder's travel (flights, hotels) and share boarding passes on time ● Handle all workshop logistics so nothing slips ● Raise invoices, send them to the right contact, and follow up on payments until received

Required Skills ● Excellent communication in English (spoken and written) — confident on calls, warm and clear on WhatsApp and email ● Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple clients at once without dropping anything ● Proactive ownership - you chase things to "done" without being reminded ● Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets/Docs, and online travel booking

Experience: 1–3 years in client servicing, coordination, operations, or admin Education: Graduate (any stream) Location: Chennai (Work from office) Job Type: Full-time
