Telesales Executive

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Female Tele Sales Executive to support our business development efforts. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential exhibitors, generating qualified leads, scheduling client meetings, and promoting our exhibition booth design and fabrication services to corporate clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, exhibitors, and corporate decision-makers.
• Generate and qualify leads for exhibition booth design and fabrication projects.
• Introduce company services and understand client exhibition requirements.
• Schedule appointments and online meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects regarding proposals, quotations, and project discussions.
• Maintain lead and customer records in CRM and Excel sheets.
• Research upcoming exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events to identify business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
• Coordinate with internal sales and design teams for smooth project execution.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong tele-calling, persuasion, and customer relationship skills.
• Confident, positive, and professional telephone etiquette.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Email, and Internet research.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
