Job SummaryModi Brothers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with customers over the phone.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain company products and services to customers.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversions.
• Resolve customer queries or escalate them to the concerned department when required.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• RequirementsFemale candidates only.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and data entry).
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
