Job Description

  • Coordinate with session leaders, technical team members, and support teams to ensure smooth session execution.
  • Check session-related materials such as PPTs, announcements, videos, dates, days, spelling, and other important details before sharing.
  • Follow up with leaders and team members to make sure all required updates, confirmations, and files are shared on time.
  • Check daily task lists, forms, sheets, and technical checklists to ensure all work is completed properly.
  • Share daily session links, announcement messages, reminders, and important updates in the required groups.
  • Monitor session-related activities before, during, and after the session.
  • Prepare and coordinate monthly schedules, leader availability, and team planning.
  • Support in calling, follow-ups, and coordination with participants or team members when required.
  • Assist the facilitator during sessions and support the relationship coaching area through coordination, follow-ups, and communication.
