Senior Accountant

• Key Responsibilities Maintain and oversee day-to-day accounting operations and general ledger activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Handle manufacturing cost accounting, including product costing, BOM analysis, and variance analysis.
• Monitor inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and valuation of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Analyze production costs and recommend cost-control measures.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
• Support ERP-based accounting processes and financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
• BCOM, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 4–5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
