Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to promote and generate orders for domestic and industrial solar systems. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Solar Technician or in the marketing and sales of solar products. The role involves customer outreach, market surveys, lead generation, and business development across the Vidarbha region.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and market solar systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Conduct field visits and surveys to identify solar energy requirements in assigned areas.
• Collect and maintain area-wise data on potential solar installations.
• Meet customers, explain product benefits, and provide suitable solar solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and business partners.
• Follow up on inquiries and support the sales process until order closure.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams for project execution.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience as a Solar Technician or Marketing Executive in the solar industry.
• Basic knowledge of solar panels, solar systems, and renewable energy solutions.
• Good communication, marketing, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to travel within Nagpur and other areas of the Vidarbha region.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
