Role OverviewThe incumbent will be responsible for driving sales growth through Channel Partners, Corporate Accounts, Managed Print Services (MPS), System Integrators, and End Customers while expanding business across the assigned territory.
The role involves business development, account management, channel management, customer acquisition, partner engagement, and achieving revenue targets for Printers, Scanners, Projectors, Copiers, and MPS solutions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Sales & Partner ManagementManage and develop channel sales across assigned territory.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with distributors, dealers, channel partners, and resellers.
- Drive secondary sales and channel engagement activities.
- Execute partner programs, roadshows, promotions, and sales campaigns.
- Support partners in inventory liquidation and improving sell-through.
- Corporate & Enterprise SalesIdentify and acquire new corporate, enterprise, BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, education, retail, and government customers.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations.
- Manage key accounts and drive customer retention.
- Managed Print Services (MPS)Develop business opportunities for Managed Print Services (MPS).
- Promote subscription-based printing solutions.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Collaborate with service and technical teams for implementation and support.
- Business DevelopmentGenerate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Develop sales strategies and execution plans.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Drive profitable revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Customer & Solution SellingConduct customer needs assessment.
- Recommend cost-effective and solution-oriented products.
- Coordinate with Product Management, Presales, and Technical teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
