Job Description
As a GM you will be responsible for the complete working of the company. You will oversee marketing, sales, production, purchasing and client interactions. You are concerned with the continuous optimization of the company with regard to quality, efficiency and profitability. You ensure an optimal production process, whereby the planning, production, purchasing and design team work together to ensure utmost efficiency. It is your responsibility to ensure the use of resources is as efficient and effective as possible. You ensure that the work instructions and procedures are correctly observed and that you initiate improvements. You are motivated and able to continuously grow the company.
