Job Description:
Construction Martt is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our growing team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, building relationships with contractors and retailers, and helping increase sales of building materials such as cement, paints, RMC, and other construction products.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product information and pricing
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and retailers
- Generate new sales opportunities and follow up on leads
- Coordinate with the team for order processing and deliveries
- Maintain records of daily sales and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service
- Prior experience in sales is preferred (construction/material industry is a plus)
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
