1. Job Role
Candidate ko field aur office dono ka work karna hoga
Basic training company provide karegi
2. Working Hours
9 to 6 (ya company timing ke according)
Field work ke liye flexible timing ho sakta hai
3. Salary Structure
Fixed salary + Incentives
Incentive target achieve hone par milega
4. Targets
Monthly sales target diya jayega
Performance ke basis par growth milegi
5. Training Period
Starting me 1–3 months training/probation rahega
Is duration me performance monitor kiya jayega
6. Travel Requirement
Field visits karna mandatory hoga
Travel allowance company policy ke according milega
7. Reporting
Daily reporting (calls, visits, sales update) dena hoga
8. Behavior & Discipline
Professional behavior maintain karna zaroori hai
Company rules follow karna mandatory hai
9. Leave Policy
Leaves company policy ke hisaab se milengi
10. Notice Period
Job chhodne se pehle 15–30 days notice dena hoga
