Senior Account Executive

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.

Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).

Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

Prepare GST/VAT/TDS and other statutory compliance reports (as applicable).

Maintain general ledger and journal entries.

Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
