Job Description

Handle walk-in enquiries and convert them into memberships.

Make a minimum of 120 outbound calls every working day.

Follow up with new and existing leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Achieve the assigned monthly sales target.

Explain membership plans, offers, and gym facilities to prospective members.

Conduct gym tours and assist customers in selecting suitable membership plans.

Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in GymX CRM.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Coordinate with Trainers and Management to ensure excellent customer experience.

Prepare daily sales reports and update the Management on sales performance.

Follow all Company SOPs, HR Policies, and Sales Policies.
