Job Description
Job Title: Personal Loan Sales Executive (Core Connect)
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and assist pre-approved personal loan customers.
- Explain loan products, interest rates, EMI options, and eligibility criteria.
- Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, bank statements, etc.).
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
- Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
- Maintain customer records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Required Documents Verification:
- PAN Card
- Aadhaar Card
- Salary Slips (Last 3 Months)
- Bank Statements (Last 6 Months)
- Employment Proof / Company ID
- Address Proof
Eligibility:
- Graduate preferred (12th pass may be considered in some cases).
- Experience in Personal Loan, Banking, BFSI, Telesales, or Field Sales is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of loan processing and documentation.
Skills Required:
- Sales and persuasion skills
- Customer relationship management
- Documentation and verification knowledge
- Communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi preferred)
- Target-oriented approach
