 Senior Business Development Executive 


Experience: 2–5 Years


Job Summary


We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying potential investors, generating qualified leads, and converting them into successful business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


- Generate qualified investor leads through various channels.

- Contact prospective clients and schedule meetings and presentations.

- Present the company's investment opportunities and convert leads into successful closures.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and business partners.

- Regularly follow up with prospects and coordinate the onboarding process.

- Maintain accurate CRM records and client databases.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.


Requirements


- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).

- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or Relationship Management.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven, performance-oriented environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
