About the Role

This is a frontline, client-facing sales role. As a Business Development Manager, own the full sales cycle for the properties assigned to you, from the first client conversation through to a closed deal. Carry your own target, drive your own pipeline, and earn directly on what you close.

This is a pure individual contributor role to start, with a clear and fast route into team leadership for those who perform. Strong closers move up quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Own the sales cycle end to end, from prospecting through negotiation to closure.

Generate and conduct client meetings and site visits with interested prospects.

Manage negotiations with buyers and drive deals to a confident close.

Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.

Consistently meet weekly activity and conversion targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and pipeline.

Requirements

At least 1 year of field sales experience (any sector welcome).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in the local language is an advantage.

Energy, drive, and the confidence to close.

Comfortable meeting clients in person; own two wheeler required, as the role involves face to face meetings.
