Electrician

Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in the society premises.

Maintain and repair electrical panels, DBs, wiring, switches, sockets, lights, fans, and power outlets.

Ensure proper functioning of common area lighting, street lights, parking lights, and emergency lighting.

Attend electrical breakdowns and complaints promptly to minimize downtime.

Operate and maintain DG sets, pumps, motors, and electrical control panels.

Monitor and record electricity meter readings, energy consumption, and equipment performance.

Replace defective electrical components such as MCBs, fuses, contactors, relays, and cables.

Perform preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and use proper PPE while working.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors during electrical repairs, inspections, and annual maintenance.

Maintain maintenance logs, job records, and inventory of electrical materials and spare parts.

Keep electrical rooms clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.

Assist during power failures, emergencies, and electrical shutdown activities.

Report major electrical faults, unsafe conditions, and equipment failures to the Society Manager.

Perform any other electrical maintenance duties assigned by the management.
