Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Understand hiring requirements from management.
✅ Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
✅ Source and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates.
✅ Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
✅ Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
✅ Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
✅ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and hiring targets.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply (as per company requirements).
Experience:
6–1 years of recruitment/HR experience preferred.
Salary:
As per company standards and candidate experience.
