Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and personal references.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer status, and joining formalities.
  • Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
