Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Director of HR / Chief Executive Officer / VP of Operations

Position Type: Full-time

## Job Purpose

The HR Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. This role acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring that talent acquisition, employee development, and retention strategies align with overall organizational goals.
