We're Hiring – HR Professional (Share Market / Financial Services Experience Preferred)
We are a SEBI-registered Private Limited Company looking to onboard an experienced and proactive Human Resource (HR) Professional to manage and strengthen our recruitment process.
🔹 Position: Human Resource (HR)
🔹 Primary Responsibility: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
🔹 Industry Preference: Candidates with prior HR/recruitment experience in the share market, stock broking, trading, investment advisory, wealth management, or financial services sector will be given preference.
🔹 Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Experience hiring for stock market, trading, research analyst, dealer, relationship manager, or financial services roles
- Strong communication and candidate sourcing skills
- Result-oriented and proactive approach
