Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
- Source, screen, and schedule candidate interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR MIS.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters.
- Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR operations.
Qualification: Graduate/MBA (HR)
Experience: 1–3 Years (Recruitment & HR Operations)
Industry Preference: Financial Advisory
Skills: Communication, Recruitment, MS Excel, HR Operations, Employee Relations.
