Accountant Cum Supply Chain Executive

About the Role

Flynk EV is a growing electric scooter startup based in Lucknow. We are looking for a reliable and organized individual who can independently handle both accounts/compliance and procurement/supply chain for our operations.

Accounts & Finance Responsibilities

• Generate Proforma Invoices (PI) and customer billing
• File GST returns — GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and monthly reconciliation
• Handle basic TDS working and compliance
• Maintain daily accounts entries in Tally / Zoho Books
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and track expenses
• Follow up on vendor payments and outstanding receivables

Procurement & Supply Chain Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate cost-effective suppliers
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms with vendors
• Raise and track Purchase Orders
• Maintain inventory records — stock in/out, reorder levels
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Coordinate quality checks at the time of goods receipt
• Ensure timely delivery and resolve supply issues proactively

Required Skills

• Hands-on GST return filing experience (practical, not just theoretical)
• Proficiency in Tally ERP or Zoho Books
• Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong negotiation and vendor communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Good to Have

• Prior experience in EV, auto parts, or a trading company
• Basic understanding of logistics or procurement documentation
