Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Paid Ads Specialist)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital advertising platforms & also social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Track and report campaign metrics and performance insights.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective spend allocation.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising platform updates.
• Identify, connect, and collaborate with relevant influencers for brand promotions.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end.
• Manage and optimize WhatsApp marketing campaigns using automation and CRM tools.
• Create and coordinate engaging content for social media platforms.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and insights.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising or social media roles.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Familiarity with influencer outreach platforms and WhatsApp marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
