Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end home appliance service operations, including installation, repair, maintenance, and customer support. This role coordinates field service technicians, manages service schedules, monitors project timelines, ensures quality standards, and works closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee home appliance installation and service projects.
• Manage daily operations of field service technicians and subcontractors.
• Schedule service appointments and optimize technician routes.
• Ensure timely completion of installations, repairs, and maintenance services.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving escalated issues promptly.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure spare parts and equipment availability.
• Track project progress and prepare performance reports.
• Implement quality assurance and safety standards for all service activities.
• Train and mentor service supervisors and technicians.
• Develop and improve service processes to increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, customer support, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, warranties, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in appliance service operations, field service management, or project management.
• Experience managing installation and after-sales service teams.
• Strong understanding of home appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, water heaters, kitchen appliances, and small domestic appliances.
• Proficiency with field service management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position with regular travel to customer locations and service centers.
• May require weekend or emergency support during peak service periods.
• Combination of office-based planning and field operations management.
