Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CNC Turning Machine Setter with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently set up CNC Turning machines.
  • Read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings.
  • Select proper cutting tools, inserts, and work-holding fixtures.
  • Load programs and perform first-piece inspection using vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
  • Make necessary offset adjustments (wear and geometry offsets) to maintain dimensions.
  • Troubleshoot minor machining issues and ensure production targets are met.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience specifically as a CNC Turning Setter.
  • Familiarity with Fanuc control systems.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred but not mandatory for highly skilled candidates.
