Customer Support Executive – Banking Process (Voice)📍 Location: Hebbal

💼 Openings: 150+

🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate

👩‍💼 Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers Welcome)

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries related to banking services through voice support.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain quality standards and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Follow company processes and compliance guidelines.
  • EligibilityAge: 18–30 years
  • Good communication skills in English and any one regional language:
  • Tamil
  • Malayalam
  • Telugu
  • Kannada
  • Versant Level: 4
  • Salary & BenefitsCTC: ₹20,000 per month
  • Take Home: ₹16,000 per month
  • Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 (paid once every 3 months)
  • Malayalam Candidates: Additional ₹1,800 Language Allowance
  • Outstation Candidates: One-way transportation + 14 days accommodation support
  • Shift & Working Days6 Days Working (1 Rotational Week Off)
  • Female: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (9-hour shift)
