Job Description

  • Responsibilities  Supervise daily activities of the collections team
  •  Monitor and analyze collection metrics and performance
  •  Develop and implement strategies to improve recovery rates
  •  Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  •  Handle escalated or complex accounts and disputes
  •  Train, mentor, and evaluate collections staff
  •  Collaborate with other departments to resolve account issues
  •  Prepare and present regular reports to management
  •  Maintain accurate records of collection activities
  •  Identify and implement process improvements
