Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Field Sales & Market Visits
- Visit assigned market areas daily as per the planned route.
- Identify and approach new business opportunities (B2B & B2C).
- Build relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, cosmetic stores, gift shops, general stores, and other potential customers.
- Ensure regular market coverage and maintain daily visit records.
- Generate quality leads and coordinate with the office team for follow-ups.
Sales & Business Development
- Present the complete product range and explain product features, pricing, retailer margins, ongoing offers, and business benefits.
- Collect orders from retailers and submit them to the office for processing.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assist customers by resolving product, pricing, delivery, and return-related queries.
- Identify new distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and corporate clients to expand the company's market presence.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present samples to prospective business partners.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
Market Intelligence
- Gather market insights, including competitor activities, pricing, promotional offers, customer preferences, and emerging trends.
- Share valuable market feedback to help improve sales strategies and product positioning.
- Reporting & CoordinationSubmit daily reports covering market visits, leads generated, customer interactions, and sales updates.
- Coordinate regularly with the sales and management teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for business growth and market expansion.
Performance Expectations
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain a professional attitude, strong communication, and customer-focused approach while representing the company.
