Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Day-to-Day Accounting: Record financial transactions, maintain general ledgers, and handle petty cash management.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Process vendor bills and payments, prepare invoices, track expenses, and follow up on client payments.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in ledgers and client or vendor accounts.
- Taxation & Compliance: Compute, prepare, and file statutory returns including GST, TDS, and PF/ESI.
- Reporting & Audits: Assist in preparing financial statements (balance sheets, cash flow) and compile documentation for internal or external audits.
