Job Description

Conduct legal due diligence and title verification for land and property transactions.

Review and verify ownership documents, encumbrance certificates, approvals, and land records.

Draft, review, and negotiate sale deeds, lease agreements, development agreements, joint venture agreements, MOUs, and other real estate contracts.

Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, registration requirements, zoning regulations, and statutory approvals.

Liaise with government authorities, registration offices, legal consultants, and external counsel when required.

Advise management on legal risks associated with property acquisitions and development projects.

Handle legal notices, litigation support, arbitration matters, and dispute resolution related to real estate transactions.

Maintain legal documentation and ensure proper record management.

Support contract management and provide legal opinions on business transactions.

Monitor changes in property laws and advise stak
