Job Description
The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales and revenue by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, promoting products/services, and converting leads into customers. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM database.
- Prepare daily sales reports and performance updates.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
