Job Description
1. Conduct audit of SFS orders on real-time basis for compliance with packaging guidelines
and SOP’s.
2. Verify the accuracy of SKU, quantity, and shipping labels.
3. Check parcel integrity, sealing quality, and packaging materials used.
4. Identify and report packaging defects and process deviations.
5. Maintain audit records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
6. Co-ordinate with team regarding escalations and findings to resolve the packaging issues.
7. Escalate recurring quality concerns and recommend corrective actions.
8. Monitor adherence to safety and quality standards.
9. Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce damages, returns and complaints.
