A well-known plywood and decorative surfaces brand is looking for an experienced Travel Desk Executive to join its Administration & Commercial team.

Location: Taratala, Kolkata

CTC: ₹6–8 LPA

Experience: 3–6 Years

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and senior leadership.

Coordinate flight bookings, hotel accommodations, train reservations, cabs, and complete travel itineraries.

Handle urgent travel requests, cancellations, rescheduling, and modifications efficiently.

Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other vendors while negotiating competitive rates.

Support senior management and business teams with seamless travel assistance and confidential VIP travel arrangements.

Maintain travel MIS, including:

Monthly travel expense reports

Department-wise travel analysis

Cost-saving reports

Vendor performance reports

Coordinate international travel requirements, including visa processing, travel insurance, forex, and related documentation.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in corporate travel desk operations

Excellent vendor management and negotiation abilities

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines

Customer-centric approach with high ownership and accountability

Preferred Candidate Profile:

3–6 years of experience in corporate travel desk management

Experience in large corporate, manufacturing, or industrial organizations preferred
