Personal Trainer – Job Description
Job Title: Personal Trainer
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals through customized training programs, ongoing support, and professional guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct fitness assessments and understand clients' goals.
Design personalized workout programs based on individual needs.
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safe workouts.
Monitor client progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness goals.
Maintain accurate client records and track performance.
Ensure all equipment is used safely and kept clean.
Follow company policies, safety standards, and professional ethics.
Requirements:
Certification as a Personal Trainer (preferred).
Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and fitness principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate clients and build strong relationships.
CPR/AED certification is an advantage.
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
