Job Description

Handle customer billing and payment transactions accurately.

Receive payments through Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, and other approved methods.

Maintain daily cash records and perform cash reconciliation at the end of each shift/day.

Generate invoices, receipts, exchange bills, and refund documents as per company policy.

Deposit cash collections into the designated bank account and maintain related records.

Assist customers with billing-related queries in a professional manner.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information, company records, and financial transactions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.

Coordinate with sales staff, accounts department, and branch management for smooth operations.

Report any discrepancies, shortages, excess cash, or suspicious transactions immediately to management.
