💼 Job Role & Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Connect and meet with Builders, Architects, Interior Designers, and Home Owners to pitch our services and secure new projects.

Site Supervision: Monitor and supervise the project sites that you onboard to ensure smooth initial coordination.

Client Solutions: Understand client requirements on-site. (Note: Final pricing, rate structures, and technical solution strategies will be fully guided by the management).

🎯 Candidate Profile & Requirements

Experience: Freshers are highly welcome and preferred!

Technical Advantage: Candidates who are tech-savvy or have basic knowledge of AutoCAD/design software are highly preferred, as we actively integrate technology into our operations.

Core Skills: Excellent verbal communication, high confidence, strong convincing power, and a dedicated, hardworking attitude.

Industry Knowledge: A basic general understanding of interior or construction processes is a plus.

🎁 Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 per month (negotiable based on profile and technical skills).

Travel Allowance: Separate Petrol Expenses covered for all field and site visits.

Health Benefits: Health Insurance coverage provided by the company.

Incentives: A highly lucrative, fixed commission structure on every project brought in—offering excellent earning potential beyond the base salary.

Comprehensive Training: We provide a 1-week mandatory training program covering communication strategies, client engagement, and industry basics before you transition to on-road field operations.
