Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel documentation.
Coordinate monthly payroll by ensuring accurate attendance and salary data.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
Handle employee grievances and support a positive workplace culture.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate employee training, performance reviews, and probation confirmations.
Manage joining, resignation, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
Verify and maintain driver and staff documents, licences, and other compliance records.
Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements on time.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Support administrative activities whenever required.
