Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up orders from the warehouse, store, or restaurant.
- Deliver orders to customers within the assigned time.
- Verify customer details before handing over the order.
- Collect cash payments (for COD orders), if required.
- Update delivery status using the mobile app.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
- Handle packages carefully to avoid damage.
- Report delivery issues or delays to the supervisor
