Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and technically skilled CCTV Surveillance Executive to monitor surveillance systems and ensure the smooth functioning of all security equipment. The role involves both monitoring activities and handling basic technical aspects of CCTV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Surveillance & Monitoring

·      Monitor live CCTV footage across stores, production units, and offices.

·      Identify and report suspicious activities, theft, or policy violations.

·      Maintain daily logs and incident reports.

·      Coordinate with store managers and security teams during incidents.

Technical Responsibilities:

·      Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems.

·      Ensure proper recording, backup, and storage of surveillance data.

·      Troubleshoot basic hardware and connectivity issues (cameras, cables, network).

·      Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and upgrades.

·      Perform regular system checks to ensure all cameras are functional.

·      Manage user access and security settings for surveillance systems.

·      Basic knowledge of networking (IP cameras, LAN connectivity) is preferred.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      2 to 5 years of experience in CCTV monitoring and handling systems.

·      Hands-on experience with DVR/NVR, IP cameras, and surveillance software.

·      Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting.

·      Good observation and analytical skills.

·      Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting).

·      Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

·      Experience in retail, manufacturing, or the food industry preferred.

·      ITI/Diploma in Electronics, IT, or related field is an advantage.

·      Ability to work in rotational shifts.

·      Strong coordination and communication skills.
