Telecalling Executive

Job Title:- Telecaller Execuitve

Department:- Visa & immigration service

Reports to:- Sr. Visa Counselor /Team Leader

Key Responsibilities and Skills :-

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries.
• Explain company products, services, and offers.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.
• Follow up with customers regarding products, services, or payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary.
• Connect daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets.

Preferred Experience:-

• 1-2 years of experience in visa counseling, immigration counsultancy, oversesa education counseling, or travel services.
• Familiarity with visa procedures for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc. is preferred.

Required Qalification :-

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience in visa counseling, immigration counsultancy, oversesa education counseling, or travel services.
• Strong knowledge of visa and immigration processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
