Job Description

Prepare authentic Neapolitan and sourdough pizzas. Operate and manage a wood-fired

pizza oven. Prepare, ferment and maintain sourdough dough. Ensure consistency, food

quality and hygiene standards. Manage mise en place and kitchen cleanliness. Work

efficiently during busy service hours.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience with wood-fired pizza ovens. Hands-on experience in

Neapolitan and/or sourdough pizza making. Good understanding of dough fermentation

and baking techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen. Positive attitude and

team player.
