Job Description

We are seeking a Billing Executive responsible for preparing invoices, maintaining billing records, and supporting accounts-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

 Generate and process invoices accurately.

 Maintain billing and payment records.

 Verify orders and billing information.

 Coordinate with customers regarding invoices.

 Prepare billing reports and documenta on.

 Support accounts and finance operations.

Requirements

 Graduate in Commerce or any discipline.

 Experience in billing and invoicing.

 Knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.

 Strong attention on to detail and accuracy.
